The formulation of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) is in accordance with the National Higher Education Standards (SN Dikti) and KKNI Level 8. There is an association for electrical engineering programs throughout Indonesia called the Indonesian Higher Education Forum for Electrical Engineering (FORTEI). FORTEI provides the competency formulation for CPL. However, this CPL is only for undergraduate level. Currently, there is no formulation available for the masters level. Similarly, international accreditation in the field of engineering, such as IABEE, only processes at the undergraduate level. Therefore, the CPL formulation created based on SN Dikti and KKNI Level 8 for the Masters Program in Electrical Engineering at UNEJ establishes five (5) CPL formulations, namely:
